Holepunching on cart page / ajax cart

I have a problem with holepunching (Esi Blocks) on cart page
URL of my website is fixmykite.com.au
I can get ESI blocks working on every other page but not just cart page, and this is creating major trouble.
Searched almost everything in logs but couldn't find anything helpful.
I am using ajax cart plugin.

Any help would be appreciated.

What do you mean cart page? LiteMage does not cache view my cart and checkout process. It only cache for products/categories/cms pages by default.

In that case , this problem is more likely to be related to the ajax cart.

The minicart is holepunched,

Also checked it by appending ?LITEMAGE_DEBUG=SHOWHOLES

On other pages the hole is punched well.

But when I append above string on cart page, It doesn't show the punched holes.

Any hints ?
