hourly restarts

Every hour, on the hour I get this error

At [03/Dec/2013:18:00:05 -0600], web server with pid=5845 received unexpected signal=9, no core file is created. A new instance of web server will be started automatically!

Any Idea fo the cause....We have other shared servers, with the same configuration...Just not the restarts?

please check hourly cron jobs, looks like there is one restart lsws hourly.
