I've contracted this tools to my dedicated server and i own this small forum as hobby, but i don't found any plugin, app or addon to active this function on my forum.

Have a method to turn this 'on'?

i'm using CPANEL and have access to all full access to whm.

Could you please clarify to active what? lscache? or just lsphp? On cpanel, when switching to LiteSpeed, LSWS will use lsphp automatically.
