how to edit page 404 not found for all users

i need change text and styles for all users.

ErrorDocument 404 "Sorry, File Not Found"

just follow apache's document

are you sure?because its litespeed 404. After litespeed update it styled and changed. My means is same

You can try the suggestion by NiteWave, but you may need to update cPanel default template as it already has ErrorDocument configured to /404.shtml in /usr/local/apache/conf/includes/errordocument.conf
