cfs -f

The support was not able to tell me that simple and in retrospective obvious command.

Do you mean your IP has been blocked by the firewall? Does this wiki cover your case already?

Of course, different people may use different firewalls. For cfs, if Flush/Stop firewall rules with (cfs -f), it should work.
