I have VPI activated. When I log into my site, all above the fold images are loading instantly, without lazy loading. However, when I am not logged in, all images above the fold are lazy loaded, even those I have specifically excluded. One more thing. I have guest mode activated to maximize PageSpeed Insights scores. When I deactivate this mode the issue goes away. What can be done to make lazy load and VPI function correctly when Guest Mode is activated?
