index file not found -

Hello,
We are running latest version of LiteSpeed a few of our clients are having strange indexing issue please look at these to urls one with index.php and the other without it.

loading properly ...

Please do a force reinstall of 4.2.4.
It should have been addressed.

Or, you have not configure web server to use "index.php" as index file, 404 is returned when index.php is not set in the url.
