What is the best practice to inline small Javascript when using Litespeed cache plugin for wordpress? Is there any plugin that works well with Litespeed that can handle this? According to Gtmetrix inline small javascript is what slowing down my page most at he moment.

You asked right in time. Tomorrow a release of LSCWP will come out, including new features for combine/minify javascript, css, http2 push. I'd love to see your feed back on this.

LSCWP has now featured to minify all the static files, nice!
Any plan to add css above the fold option (critical css) to pass the GooglePageSpeed test? We can almost stop using autoptimize or any 3d plugin to optimize Wordpress.
