Installation Errors

I got following errors while installing. Overall installation went okay and LS is running fine. Just wondering if these errors can create any issues later on

./functions.sh: line 901: groupadd: command not found
./functions.sh: line 904: useradd: command not found
./functions.sh: line 905: usermod: command not found

In CentOS 7 too coming? What was missing?
