iPhone users - This connection is not private error message

I have the following:

LiteSpeed Webserver Enterprise <- installed through WHM/cPanel at KnownHost
LiteSpeed Cache 2.2.4 <- XenForo add-on

The issue is that when LiteSpeed is enabled, iOS users get a Connection is not private error after about a minute.

What should I check?

I got word from a LiteSpeed employee:

"Sounds like LSWS is not using your SSL certificate."

I will pass this information to KnownHost. Hopefully they can look into this and enable LiteSpeed on the account after they configure it. I don't want to enable LiteSpeed before configuration as that effects users of the forum.

I submitted a ticket with KnownHost and this is their reply:

"LiteSpeed integrates with the same openssl system used by Apache and cPanel and doesn't typically require any special configuration in this regard on our servers."

Looks like I need to wait for a reply here from the LiteSpeed team for clarification.
