Issue with JSN Uniform extension

Hi,
We have a Joomla website with LS cache extension, using JSN Uniform for our contact forms. I excluded the JSN Uniform component from LS Cache but still having issue with form not submitting or js errors in the console. The only way to get the forms to submit is to disable the Litespeed cache plugin.
I contacted JSN Uniform (Joomlatools) support, this was their reply:
"I checked and see that of LiteSpeed cache is enabled then all JSN Uniform hidden fields are combined into a hidden field. That is why JSN Uniform does not work property on your site. In this case, I think you should contact to the LiteSpeed provider to ask for assistance"

Hi, thanks for the reply. Can you tell me how to submit a ticket please? I've tried following the 'submit a ticket' link in the footer (https://store.litespeedtech.com/store/clientarea.php), which takes me to a client area and I don't have an account with you.

Thank you, I have submitted a ticket which looks as though it has gone through but I got returned to the login page in the Client Area so not sure.
