Issues with LiteSpeed Webserver and WordPress and .htaccess files.

Hey sir , I have LiteSpeed Web server installed on my server.
But when I enable cache for WordPress sites in LiteSpeed Webserver plugin in whm then WordPress sites not working , showing 404 not found and it is a .htaccess file issue.
I know how to solve .htaccess file issue in WordPress by editing . htaccess file but I want to know how to fix it through server side so that if I enable LiteSpeed cache for any WordPress site then it will not effect on .htaccess file and all works fine.

I want to know how can I disabled re-write of .htaccess file of WordPress.
Like if I enable Mass Cache for all WordPress then it will re-write .htaccess file and it create issue for WordPress users , so how can I disabled rewriting of .htaccess file.
