JCH & LiteSpeed Cache Plugin for Joomla

Currently on a new site I'm building using Joomla, JCH Optimize Pro and the LiteSpeed Cache Plugin, If I clear the JCH or Joomla System cache, the website breaks unless I manually clear the litespeed cache.

It says 404 errors in the console:

Currently if you clear JCH cache manually, you need to manually purge all LiteSpeed Cache as well. Normally clean Joomla System cache will not break down website, but after that you'd better purge all LiteSpeed Cache as well. In later version we'll add feature allow automatically purge LiteSpeed cache after purged JCH or Joomla System cache.

i have the same error:

There is no file list-menu.png
I cleand all the Joomla memory i found........ but did not work.......
Is there a hint for me?
