For those who don't like videos here is the situation:
With LS Cache plugin active and all JS Settings turned to "Off" my site says jQuery is not defined. When the plugin is turned off then there are no problems. I am sure this is an easy fix for someone who has seen this issue before. Just need to know how to fix it.
