Keepalive cPanel

I can't seem to get keepalive enabled. I have logged into the admin panel and enabled smart ekeepalive (it wal already enabled) and I enabled it in the apache settings in cpanel, but this report continues to show me as not having keepalive enabled.

Anyone can help?

try disable smart keepalive:
lsws web admin -> Server -> Tuning -> Smart Keep-Alive: No

restart lsws. testing again.

Yeah did some further reading. Still trying to determine if its faster with it on or off. Getting mixed and inconsistent results.
