Lazy load of google ads sense

I use LiteSpeed Cache on my site. I noticed some slowdown and my host tells me that part of the problem is google ads taking 200ms
Is it possible to delay their loading? I use only script that gives me Google Ad Sense and I put it as htlm code
i see a function called html lazy load
