Lightspeed cache keeps filling up

Please Help.

Im facing an issue that seems to be well documented but despite my attempts its still not solved.

I have a site on digital ocean thats using lightspeed and somethings is causing the js or css cache to fill up to the extent that in about 2 weeks I have 12GB of cache files.

I have attempted to follow the tutorial and doing a diffchecker and adding the common string to the exclude section of the JS/CSS page optimisation. But despite multile attempts I keep facing a locked up site due to droplet running out of space.

Im hoping someone out there can help me.

I suspect the cause is one of the following plugins:
WP Notification Bar
Mobile Menu
Popup Maker

Yes, I did attempt to follow the tutorial you shared. I think its just a little over-my-head and lack the experience to know what Im doing, cause my attempts have so far not solved the issue. Which is why Im reaching out to see if anyone more experienced can assist.
