Lisence problem

Hello i installed litespeedwebserver plugin and Installed Lsphp now my trial key exspired how do i uninstall it i need this help asap so i can buy a new lisence on sunday please help

All of my sites are down

All the sites are down includeing whm

But it says 14 days left when restarting litespeed via shh

2009-01-31 16:47:29.613	ERROR	[LICENSE] Failed to send registration request.
and there are about 155 "update days" left AND this is an owned licence. Please advice! I have not made any changes to server nor firewall.

You started to use a trial key 30 days before, so your server is not allowed to use trial key any more.
PM your server IP, we can have it cleared.

I would hate to see downtime caused by communication failure on OWNED licenses. Was Litespeed server still up despite those errors?

Yes

But it starts for about 5 seconds at max then stops with that error but only sometimes then the rest it says failed to bring up litespeed please check error logs

That's bad design then, owned license shouldn't behave that way. George, can you change it? It's just checked for updates, why should the server be down due to communication failure? It's just not practical...

Sorry about that, it probably caused by DNS problem. We will check the license verification code and make sure it wont cause any downtime because of that.

Hello,

I just install Litespeed at first time on server with trial license key, I install through WHM's plugin, then at license status box, it's show TRIAL one-time and not show anything after. I tried to switch to Litespeed but "failed to bring up lsws". Any idea about it ?
