Litemage Cache top.links & mini-cart not working

Hi Support,

Magento Version: 1.9.1

I am using litemage cache and facing issues with toplinks when user logs in...after login if user visits random pages we are not able to see logout, my account button.

Similarly in minicart after adding item to cart when i visit home page I see Zero items added.

Ideally this should work with default configurations but seems hole punching not working on some pages, why?

If you have customized themes, need to find out what is the actual block name used. If it's not top.links, you need to find out and add in admin panel "customized block name for toplinks".
