Litespeed and Google Analytics tracking

Since litespeed caches full pages, does this mess with Google Analytics tracking? i.e. the actual number of visitors is no longer tracked correctly in Google Analytics?

What about advertising, like Adsense. Does litespeed cache the advert too, so the visitor doesn't get personalised ads?

if I know Google Analytics is js (external js)

lscache store link for external js in page cache and execute it when page requested.

Adsense also load as external js?
