Litespeed cache v.5.3 on WP site v.6.1

When Litespeed v.5.3 is activated on my site then the GT metrix comes with an analysis error. When Litespeed is deactivated the Gt metrix gives me the results but the performance is poor. Could someone please advise how to sort it out this? Any ideas on LS cache plugin configurations to overcome the problem?
