I'm using "Litespeed Web Server Enterprise 5.1.15".
It has HTTP/2 working fine, but I could not make push works.
Is Litespeed HTTP/2 push capable ?
If yes, how to enable it?
If not, is there some plan to implement it?

HTTP/2 Push was included in 5.2RC2. The latest is 5.2RC3 with newer features and bug fixes but is still only a Release Candidate. We hope to have the final 5.2 out soon but currently no ETA.
You can upgrade to this build by running the following command:
/usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/lsup.sh -f -v 5.2RC3
