Litespeed GuestMode and Azure CDN

Hi,

I am using Azure CDN for and had enabled Guest mode .
When I am enabling the Guest Mode I am getting header as "x-cache:CONFIG_NOCACHE" for all request through Azure CDN.
If I am disabling the Guest mode then I am able to get header as "x-cache:HIT"
Can you please help me in enabling the Guest mode so that it servers from Azure CDN and I will get x-cache as HIT in header.
