I have allowed Image Server IPs through Cloudflare and hostinger both. Then i cleared all caches and Tried again. Again it is giving same output.

Do you have mod security? Please try turn off that and see how it goes.

Also if you have plugin like wordfence, itheme security... etc could also try.

we need to figure out what is blocking the request

according to https://www.litespeedtech.com/suppo...speed_wiki:config:waf:disable-waf-in-htaccess the rule you used was no longer supported , please try use other directive.


Also please try get the same log as your first post , do you still have curl error ? that means something is still blocking it.

and also please provide the report number

Also when I curl it from ohter location , it responses , but shows Cloudflare cache hit , please disable cloudflare cache , it will mess the image optimization callback and verification.

I can disable Clouflare Cache but a friend of mine is also using exactly same setting with same version of wordpress and his Image Optimization is working perfectly. If you want i will provide you temporary login access to my wordpress site to check.
