LiteSpeed is not runing!!!!!!

Hi , i really wanna kill myself!
i just installed LSWS trial on a VPS to see if it will work!
that VPS is for download purposes and it has about 1000 active requests!
6.17 requests/sec - 83.9 MB/second - 13.6 MB/request
1029 requests currently being processed, 16 idle workers


after i installed litespeed sites does not open and we will face Timeout problems!
and i can see not lshttpd process is runing just one command named litespeed is runing!
can u pease help me?

LSWS VPS Standard edition has a maximum of 150 Concurrent Connections - Enterprise VPS has a maximum of 500 Concurrent Connections.

You'll need a much bigger license for such a busy server.

as i said it is Trial License of enterprise edition!
i do not think it has limit on it!

can you try 1-CPU license to see any difference?

i tried 4-CPU license but no luck
LSWS will stop working (showing as runing but do not resond to any request) after a few minutes!

Your IOwait is too big in my mind (wa), frequently around 50%. It's killing your VPS, not LSWS.

Dude as i said this is Download Server
it works well with apache (but load avg is more than 30 )

Which version of lsws are you running? Do you have AIO enabled?

4.0.16 , where is it?

Config > Server > Tuning > Use Asynchronized disk I/O (AIO) Try to set it to yes.

Only 4.1RC2 or 4.1RC3 support AIO. check the 4.1RC discussion on the forum.
You can try "strace -tt -T -p <pid>" litespeed processes, see what it is doing. I think it is stalled because high I/O wait. AIO will work better.
