Litespeed Keeps Restating Hourly (Logs Inside)

Hi, can some please tell me why litespeed keeps constantly restating so offtern? I cannot even get it to stay online for more than an hour, here are my logs below; Its realy long so I uploaded the full log file here: http://www.mediafire.com/?8lihziw4uujikw5

cPanel restart LSWS to retate log file, update configuration changes.
LiteSpeed does not graceful restart, there is no service interruption during restarts. Nothing to worry about.

Hello and thanks, but I have been monitoring this closely for the last few hours and all im getting is about 1h-1h 30m of uptime and after that litespeed restart itself which keeps causing my Xcache to reset and my CPU and Ram usage to spike. What can I do to fix this?
