Litespeed license not working

Hi sir,

i have recently purchased a license from buycpanel.com but its not working and showing me an error

• ... Serial number is available.
• ... Contacting licensing server for license key ...
• ... failed to retrieve license key, please double check your serial number: 2018-01-08 19:33:00.278 [NOTICE] Memory size is: 32506296KB.
• 2018-01-08 19:33:00.718 [ERROR] [LICENSE] License key operation failure: ERR LC.8: fail to process.

For license related question, it is better to contact reseller ( if you bought it from the reseller) or our licensing department ( if you bought the license directly from LiteSpeed). Forum question cannot enable us to check license details.
