LiteSpeed Load Balancer?

I'm currently using Litespeed web server, i have 2 dedicated server, one for serving webpages, the other for db.

My question is can i use both "Litespeed web server" and "Litespeed Load Balancer" in the same server?
Because i'm experiencing lots of "EAProc WaitQ" during peak that increase my server load and make my site crawl.

Yes, you may. But that doesn't do you any good since you only have one web server. Is "EAProc WaitQ" issue for this thread http://www.litespeedtech.com/support/forum/showthread.php?t=4824 ? You can pm the server temporary root access to take a look.

Yes, you never suggest any values to change with all the screenshots i attached.
