Litespeed plugin and contact form 7 compatibility issue

Hey guys, yesterday I installed litespeed, but now my contact form doesn't work:
When a user want to send a mail and click on su router login bmit, it loads infinitely
On litespeed cache website, I found out, that I have to purge cache after creating/editing Form and set TTL to 86400 seconds or less bu 192.168.0.1 t I doesn't work
Can someone help me?

@owlietenil2 I guess you are having an issue with LSCWP. Do you have any optimization feature enabled? If so, try disabling those and see if the issue is still. For further LSCWP question please post on https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/litespeed-cache/ in the future, thanks.
