Litespeed plugin duplicates my posts and it shows multiple times on my homepage

Hi guys

I have a problem. When I look at my website homepage, some of the posts show multiple times "more than 2". So I started to Deactivate the plugins one by one until I Deactivate Litespeed Cache plugin and then it went back to normal "No more posts showing multiple times".

Any help would be appreciated.
