Litespeed refuses connections randomly

Hi Everyone, we have a server running the latest version of litespeed enterprise and php 5.3.3.

For some reason with .php and .html files the connection is being refused.

This server has no iptables firewall or hardware firewall enabled while testing.

I have max connections set to 5000 and about 40 are in use at all times.

Is there a setting im overlooking here?

We've been trying to solve this for days now, and it seems like I've searched the entire internet.

get any response? connection reset? 403?

Page does not load, just a connect reset error in the browser.

It fails to even open the TCP socket.

pls provide your server environment info (OS, control panel, etc). also, do you have a way to reproduce the problem?
