i dont know if i need support from litespeed, seems they are only working in working hours..
if beyond that, no body will respond in case of urgent..
any idea how to tackle this support issue?
Just in case someone is interested. shared back the result:
"We believe it is local data center/server problem, which has resolved. we do not find anything wrong on our side.
license has been updated. litespeed is running. "
i just asked to datacenter and confirm there is no changing in their end..
so what do u do during access my root server? just start the litespeed only?
We changed nothing on your server other than restarting LiteSpeed. It was your local/datacenter issue blocking inbound packages from our license server since your server can outbound reach one of our license servers without any problem.
