Litespeed wordpress Buggy

Hello Community, I am having a strange bug which i am unable to fix please advice

Issue i am facing is litespeed load the website first then try to load the images while loading image it restart loading all the item tags and load it in a very slow manner

Please advice what could be cause of the bug
