v1.1.0 of the plugin is here, and PrestaShop 1.6 is supported.

I am wondering if i have to disable also :
Smart CSS Cache
Smart Javascript Cach
Apache Optimization.
I only disabled cache and i selected option never recompile template files.
Is this setting correct?

On the sample store, I enabled those settings, and lscache still work.
I did get someone report that after LSCache enabled, javascript combine no longer works. So the best way if you try it and check if it is still working as expected.
If you do have issues and would like to work together, I can invite you to our slack channel. This plugin is still pretty new, so we welcome any joint effort.
