LSCWS tweaks

I have changed many settings from default OFF to ON in LSCWP plugin and it showed very much improvements in pagespeed score from GTmetrix and Pingdom. I have done this tweaks in a test wordpress website. Now my concern here is can I change all the settings in a production environment too or any of this will break the website? Also is there any specific modifications I can modify for PHP only websites?
NB: the settings I changed include css minfy,inlime css minify,css combine,jss minify,lazy load images,combined JS priority,combined css priority,HTML minify etc.

"If the two sites are the same, then it should work the same, if the sites differ, then some options can break stuff. There's not a "one size fits all", and not every site is compatible with everything. "
