Magento Toplinks problem

First time posting.

We have already installed magento on our server with two sites running from it.
We are attempting to setup litespeed on a different magento account and are running into problems. The footer and header do not appear, other pages are not updating but the crawler is running.
Pages are also being hit by the crawler.

Would anyone have any advice on where I should go from here?

If you see esi:include in the html, means your server does not have LiteMage feature enabled. so, ESI directives are not processed.
