migrate from apache

hi

i read the migrate from apache faq but quite confused. i have my server with apache installed (cpanel & whm) i would like to use litespeed technology. now i have existing accounts in this server. how can i migrate to litespeed without any downtime? anyone can show me a step by step guide will be really appreciated.
