Miss cache every 5minutes

On website ps5digital.pt I noticed that I do your test: https://check.lscache.io/?host=https://ps5digital.pt/

And it says " LSCache is supported"
Then I do it again and it adds below: " LiteSpeed cache is a hit"

I check website and I notice that it's extremely fast.

The issue is that 5 minutes later I notice website slower, I go back to that test and then it's cache miss and just "is supported", not the below one.

What am I missing here?
