Mod PageSpeed real world experiences?

I'm keen to hear any real world experiences with mod_pagespeed.

Does anyone have it enabled? Worth it? Issues?

many modern third party themes for CMS or extensions contains same functions like in mod_pagespeed

- HTML Minify
- CSS Combine & Minify
- CSS Inline
- JS Defer
- Lazy Load
- image optimization
etc.

more preferred to use built-in theme/extension features.

but some of these features are also incompatible with LiteSpeed Server features, for example, LSCache - be careful.
