After install this the litespeed created a problem and when I open the domain it shows me an error of 404 on each page even if it is available or not.

what's the environment ? is it a WHM/cPanel server ? then have you "Build Matching LSPhp" ?

CentOS 64 Bit Yes it is Cpanel and I builded the LsPHP too.

Please check the log file for the reason of 404 errors.
You can run LiteSpeed parallel to Apache with port offset 2000 , check if everything works on port 2080. You can turn on debug logging if need.

what's the output of following command?
#ls -al /home/rfyghukj/public_html

You need to fix the permission problem.
The Apache mod_ruid2 require some privileged capabilities to function, which give httpd processes the permission to read that .htaccess, but it has increase the security risk in case the server has been hacked via Apache security hole.
LiteSpeed does not have that kind of risk, but require you to fix the file permission to allow "nobody" user to read that file.
