Improve mod_security's support, atomiccorp and comodo waf both blame Litespeed for their lack of functionality with their rules due to the lackluster mod_security support from Litespeed.

We need this too, make comodo cwaf rules be able to block brute force attacks. I belive the main issue is the lack of request body filtering.

What we need the most is a real way to block all wordpress and joomla bruteforce attacks and the only way to do this seems bo require request body filtering.

Does litespeed 5.0 RC3 have improved modescurity support or is this comming in a later version ?

No, Only minor bug fixes. response body filtering wont be added in 5.0 release. maybe in later release.
