Mod_Security Rules

I was wondering what what kind of mod_sec rules are you using? I was looking for something recent and free. I stumbled on https://www.owasp.org/index.php/Category:OWASP_ModSecurity_Core_Rule_Set_Project#tab=Home

Anyone using those? Are they supported by LiteSpeed? If not which one do you use and how big is performance hit?
