my litespeed not running

my litespeed notruning
(but 35 days License , ok )

when clicked "Switch to litespeed" ,
show error :

LiteSpeed Web Server Control Operation Confirm ... Switch to LiteSpeed

Apache is currently running with PID 11448

This action will stop Apache first.
This may take a little while for Apache to stop completely.

LiteSpeed currently is not running.

This will restart LiteSpeed as main web server!

pls help me for start my litespeed

You may need to update to the latest 4.0.20 build manually from command line. Make sure you use the correct 64bit, 32bit package
Also, try

cp /home/cpeasyapache/src/httpd-x.x.x/.libs/httpd /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd

if Apache failed to start as well.

and install new version of litespeed installed .
but , not trued
i not know this munally config !
