My web is denied ?

I can access to my website, www.timkhachhang.com. But, I (and my visitors) can download any file (.xls) from my site at www.timkhachhang.com/site/demo.
It occurs error below:

403 Forbidden
Access to this resource on the server is denied!

Please tell me how to resolve it. Thank you!
(I'm a vietnamse and my English is not very good. I'm so sorry about that).

www.timkhachhang.com/site/demo/ is a folder which contains excel files. You can see below picture.

I can access my picture from /demo folder (such as above pic), but excel file can't. Please help my slove this problem.

please put a pic file under the demo folder, and tell me the pic file name.

I can access to picture files, but I can't access to excel files.

Here are some excel files at /demo folder:
102_demo_Danh_sach_hoi_vien_cau_lac_bo_bat_dong_san_ha_noi.xls
101_demo_Danh_sach_khach_hang_can_ho_hoang_anh_gia_lai_3.xls
100_demo_Danh_sach_khach_hang_can_ho_carina_plaza.xls

You can see the picute that I capture the screen /demo folder.

please check your server and vhost's configuration and .htaccess, can easily configure them to block access to .xls
