So I have been setting up my bungee server network and so I had to make MySQL database for the data stored and synced all across the servers. I installed XAMPP and followed a few tuts how to set it up but I ran into a problem. I can't find the solution anywhere so if anyone can help my with this pls. So I want to make mysql database accessible to any ip that I choose but when I try to configure it it shows me this:

pls anyone help me I searched lithely everywhere and I can't find the solution. Again I want MySQL Database would be accessible to remotely (like from other IP as well not just localhost)
