object cache support for shared hosting?

hi, i love litespeed, amazing! Litespeed cache does great work. however, it needs redis and memcaches on object cache. Redis and memcache are not supported for shared hosting! especially database cache is needed. I made great optimization with litespeed server and litespeed cache. You may notice the Esleme.com speed. but sql queries still slow down the site. I’m looking for a great solution. Can litespeed share the way to support database cache in shared hosting?

There is no whm access to shared hosting in my country. it only has cpanel access. is it possible for me to do this anyway?

You will need to ask hosting company who has root access to do so for you.

You don't need Redis or Memcache and will not improve page load. Improve your hosting for better performance and network connectivity and you will get a much better result. And of course remove ads. They are the main reason for your slow page load.
