One site goes down, the other doesn't..why?

I have Litespeed on my Dedicated Server.. and I have been tweaking to see why is this happening..

I use Xfilesharing Pro on 1 site

and user Wordpress on another site.. both on the same server.

The wordpress site never goes down.. but the other goes offline often.

The only difference I saw between the two is that Xfilesharing uses index_dl.cgi,upload.cgi and api.cgi instead of php files like wordpress.

So I modified Max CGI Instances and put 100.

Is this the solution?

anything in the error log (/usr/local/lsws/logs/error.log)?

I dont have error.log I just see access.log and ap_cmd_param.log

on cpanel, error log is at /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
