OpenLiteSpeed Not Full Supportive of Apache .htaccess

Does Open LiteSpeed have any issues with .htaccess file? I heard that any changes made by WP plugins to the .htaccess file will not reflect without restarting the OLS server mobdro kodi . Any truth to this notion?
