Permission denied error after changing from Apache to Litespeed

I am testing Litespeed in an alternate port, and have noticed that while this page works fine with Apache
http://formacion.fundacion.telefonica.com.pe/cursodirectores/

it shows errors in the Litespeed alternate port
http://formacion.fundacion.telefonica.com.pe:7160/cursodirectores/
