php 5 questions. not able to see php docs

I installed php5 from the web management. It said php install complete.
I go to localhost:7080,
My admin page.

It is .php, index.php.

But when I go to the forum, it asks me to download index.php?
What did I do wrong?

Am I supposed to select "yes install php" when I install lsws? Then compile?
Please help me.
I think their is a missing step..
